The best music store around. After having a terrible experience at another music store, I brought my daughter here and she was treated so well and had so much fun. The staff here are absolutely top-notch and so helpful. Thank you guys for your patience, knowledge and genuine encouragement. You all rock!

I purchased an electric acoustic guitar for my daughter for Christmas this year. I dealt with Kirby Ferrell and he was just an amazing sales person. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store!

Very friendly staff. I went in to look for a replacement pickup ring and not only did they spend a long time looking for it, they ended up just giving it to me for free. Will definitely come back for all guitar needs!

Here's a big 5-star review for the awesome service I've received at L&M Poco, specifically in the rentals dept. Mukhi, Kirby, & Charles are super great people who are willing to answer questions and assist as best as they can with any rental situation that I've needed equipment (& courage) for. I always feel more prepared for a gig after I've seen them, and always leave the building with peace of mind. This is priceless. Thank you so much guys, I appreciate you!

WE USED THIS LOCATION WHILE IN VANCOUVERFOR A LARGE EVENT PAST WEEK SATURDAY FEB 10 . THEY WERE VERYPROFESSINAL AND FREINDLY,I HAD NO ISSUES AND THE TEAM WERE VERY HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVRY ONE FOR LOOKING TO RENT SOUND SYSTEM AND MUSIC EQUIPMENT FOR LARGE OR SMALLER EVENT. Took a day trip from Washington to Canada to shop for a guitar. I play left handed, so there’s not too many options when I go shopping in guitar stores. Within the first few minutes of being in this store, an employee asked me if I was looking for anything specific or if I needed any other help. After telling him I play lefty, he immediately checked their in store inventory to see what I could choose from, and he asked great questions to narrow down what I might be interested in. He even opened up brand new guitars that were stored away so I could try them out. He set me up with an amp and gave me all the time I needed to try out the guitars. Even though I walked out without purchasing a guitar, I don’t regret going in, as the service was exceptional and I was given everything I needed to make a decision on a new guitar. I highly recommend checking out this location!
